Project history

Former Soviet Navy (pr. 1124) and Border Guard (pr. 1124P) corvettes. Two corvettes pr. 1124MU were completed for Ukraine.

Modernizations

None.

Naval service

Lutsk 20.3.2014 and Ternopil 21.3.2014 were captured by Russian troops at Sevastopol. They never entered Russian Navy and Russian Government invited Ukraine to take them back, but later, when Ukraine initiated civil war in Donbass, Russian Naval Staff announced that Ukrainian ships will be returned when war in Donbass ends.
