In 1942 working out of project 200 MTB and small submarine chaser in unified hull has begun, and latter was designed in wooden and metallic hull variants. MTBs of TM-200 type (torpedo boat, metallic hull) appeared overloaded and slow-speed. Variant TM-200 appeared a little better and was built in small series after war.
