Modernizations

1980s, Siri, 138: - 1 x 2 - 30/71, MR-104 Rys' radar; + 1 x 2 - 25/82 2M-3M

Naval service

No138 was attacked by own Su-7B fighter-bombers 13.1.1986 at Aden during coup de etat, ran aground and was destroyed by fire.
