Project history

Former USN salvage and rescue ship ATS1 Edenton, decommissioned to reserve in March 1996 and transferred to the Coast Guard 17.11.1997. She was converted to a USCG cutter at USCG Yard in Curtis Bay, recommissioned 10.7.1999 (formally commissioned 16.12.1999).
