Project history

In summer of 1944 Romanians reached agreement with Germans about acquisition of 4 German MTBs of S38 class. Boats were chosen by Germans 14.8.1944 and begun route across Danube, their transfer to Romanian was planned 1.9.1944. Really any boat was in Romania 23.8.1944, so territory this country was reached by revolution and they all remained as part of Kriegsmarine.
