Project history

Wooden-hulled, with V-shaped frames. New design, dimensions and displacement were moderated in comparison with previous classes, that has allowed to raise maximal speed without increase of engine power.

5 MTBs were incomplete (Nos890-894), orders for 6 (No895-900) was cancelled.

Modernizations

None.

Naval service

No significant events.
