Project history

Ex-French destroyers scuttled in Toulon 27.11.1942. Both were raised by Italians. Only FR21 was commissioned by Italian Navy. Unoperable FR24 was captured by Germans but never repaired.

Naval service

FR21 was scuttled by own crew 9.9.1943 at La Spezia to avoid capture.
