Project history
Ordered in 1991. Steel hull with light alloy superstructure. Carries a US-made Boston Whaler Outrage-19 5.8m launch powered by two 60hp Yamaha out-boards. Has an electrohydraulic telescoping crane to assist in recovery, a firefighting water monitor on the mast platform, and a stern wedge to improve speed and fuel economy. Equipped with Vosper fin stabilizers.
