Naval service

U27 was sunk by British decoy vessel Baralong 19.8.1915 in the English Channel. U28 was sunk after explosion of torpedoed by her munition ship Olive Branch 2.9.1917 in the Arctic. U29 was rammed by British battleship Dreadnought 18.3.1915 in the North Sea. U30 accidentally sunk 22.6.1915 in the mouth of Ems, salvaged 27.8.1915 and commissioned again.
