Project history

Designed to operate from the TCDs of the Foudre class, the CDIC (Chaland de Débarquement Infanterie Chars, 700t) was essentially an improved EDIC. The wheel-house can be lowered to facilitate docking. Further projected orders have been postponed because of delays in the TCD programme
