Project history

Former German river gunboat Otter built in 1910 and based at Nanking before WWI. She was requisitioned by China 20.3.1917 and renamed Li Tsi.

Modernizations

None.

Naval service

Li Tsi was transferred to Sungari and sunk 12.10.1929 by Soviet monitor Sverdlov during conflict on Chinese Eastern Railway.
