Project history

TNC45 design, ordered in 1970. The TT fire SST4 torpedoes.

Modernizations

1997, Intrépida: - 1 x 1 - 40/70; + 2 x 1 MM38 Exocet SSM (2 MM38)

2014, Indómita: diesels were replaced by 4 Volvo-Penta AMT D34 (6000hp, 22kts); - 1 x 1 - 76/62, 2 x 1 - 40/70, 2 - 533 TT; Decca 626, WM-22 radars; + 2 x 1 - 12.7/90, 2x nav. radars

Naval service

Since 2014 Indómita serves as patrol for Southern Seas.
