Project history

LCI(L) were built in the USA and delivered by lend-lease. 30 craft were transferred to Canada. 20 converted to command and control ships differed slightly, basically by an additional communication facility, were designated as LCH.

None.

Naval service

20 LCI(L) were converted to amphibious command craft LCH (or LCI(H)).
