Project history

Former Romanian Delfinul, captured by Soviet troops 12.9.1944 at Izlaz and entered Soviet service 14.9.1944 as TS-3, but actually was under repair. In October, 1944 she was towed off to Balaklava and year after towed off again to Galatz where she was returned to Romania under former name and 12.10.1945 stricken from Soviet Navy list.
