Project history

Representatives of a numerous series of KFK-boats. They were transferred to Romanian Navy 21.11.1943 for ASW role, having German sonar.

Modernizations

None.

Naval service

5.9.1944 all were captured by Soviet troops at Constanza, 10.10.1944 commissioned by Soviet Navy as MO-851-853. Besides, Germans transferred to Romanians KFK270, but this boat was never commissioned by Romanian Navy and her fate is unknown.
