Largest Board Guard ship of Poland before WWII.

Modernizations

1954: petrol engines were replaced by 2 706R diesels and 1 64HN9 diesel (1100/225hp); - 1 x 1 - 7.9/92.

Naval service

Batory was interned in Sweden from 9.1939 till 10.1945. The boat was preserved as memorial since 1974.
