Project history
First serial Japanese MTBs, built under 4th Supplementary programme of 1939. Created on the basis of experimental boat of B type. Wooden hull with V-shaped frames.
Modernizations
None.
Naval service
1-go was badly damaged in a storm 14.12.1942 and after repair used for training only.
