Project history
Early stages of construction took place at Shoft SY in Bharuch, with the vessels fitted out at Goa. Intended for coastal patrol, fisheries protection, search and rescue duties, etc. Helicopter landing deck aft; carry at least two small boats for boarding operations and anti-pollution equipment.
