Project history

Former Norwegian submarines B5 and B6. Former was captured by German troops 9.4.1940 at Kristiansand and latter 18.5.1940 at Florø.

Modernizations

None.

Naval service

UC1 was damaged 20.12.1941 at Kiel by a fire and stricken 4.1.1942. UC2 was stricken 26.9.1943 and late 1943 was sunk at Bergen as result of sabotage.
