Austrian U34 (ex-U34) was lost in October 1918 in Mediterranean by unknown cause. U36 was sunk by gunfire of British decoy ship Prince Charles 24.7.1915 off Rona Island. U37 was mined in the English Channel 1.4.1915. Austrian U39 (ex-U39) was badly damaged by aircraft off El Ferrol 18.5.1918, interned and later transferred to France. U40 was sunk by British pair of submarine C24 and decoy vessel Taranaki in the North Sea 23.6.1915. U41 was sunk by gunfire of British decoy vessel Wyandra 24.9.1915 in the English Channel.
