Ex-Danish minelayers Kvintus and Sixtus were scuttled by own crews to avoid capture 29.8.1943 but later salvaged by Germans and repaired.

Both ships were abandoned in 1945 at Rostock, but in 1950-1951 were repaired, commissioned by East German Navy as TS and served in this role till 1973.
