Honduran longliner caught in illegal fishing action in French EEZ in Antarctic area 23.6.2004. Acquired by Navy 7.9.2005 incorporated in April 2006 and commissioned 14.4.2008 as auxiliary support vessel. Reclassed as public service patrol in September 2009 and as patrol 1.1.2012. Ice-reinforced hull.
