Project history

Built in 1917 in Japan under French order. Building was conducted by 6 different yards; the order was been fulfilled rapidly (average building time made 5 months). Practically sister-ships of Japanese Kaba class destroyers; represented the cheap ships with limited battle characteristics. The artillery has Japanese origin.
