Project history
Steel-hulled sloop, sheathed and coppered, with a ram bow and overhanging stern, barquentine rigged. The 139mm was on the forecastle with one 100mm on the poop and the others in upper deck sponsons.

Kersaint was lost by stranding on a reef at Tahiti 5.3.1919.
