Project history

Former Portuguese gunboat Patria (originally rated as cruiser). She was bought for Canton squadron at Macao in 1931 after an exception of Portuguese Navy.

Modernizations

None.

Naval service

In the late September, 1937 she was sunk by aircraft from Japanese carriers Ryujo and Hosho at Canton (Guangzhou).
