Naval service: Kung Sheng in October, 1938 was sunk by Japanese aircraft at Canton (Guangzhou). Yi Sheng, Jen Sheng and Yung Sheng 11/11/1938 were sunk by Japanese aircraft on Yangtze off Yueyang.
