This site was conceived as an international portal that would unite all experts and enthusiasts of all navies and contains all the necessary tools for this. Unfortunately, the world has split into parts. We created an updated version of the site at the end of 2021, and six months later, Visa and Master stopped working on our site, and a couple of months later  also PayPal. Monetization of the site turned out to be impossible, and creating a huge work for free is, first of all, disrespect for yourself and dislike for your families. It was planned that the site would be filled with unique materials from authors from all over the world, would contain free content, subscription content and pay-per-read content, and each author would be able to earn money on it depending on the volume of their contribution to the common cause.

Due to the fact that I do not see the possibility of warming international relations in the near future, I suggest that anyone who has the desire and opportunity buy the site.

In turn, I offer my help in its development. I really don't want my twenty years of work to simply sink into oblivion.

The author of the book earns money with his creativity and gives pleasure to readers from gaining knowledge. The author of the site can do the same, but many times more.
